Freya's 30 Day Challenge: Day 3: Freya has no pets but this guy does!

I’m a cat so I don’t have pets, but girl human watches someone on YouTube that has pets, he’s a really cool guy, and the human girl said for learning about Freya on Freya’s day (Friday), I can talk about my top 5 reasons why I think this person human girl watches is cool and why you should really check him out.

The human girl watches this guy named Scotty he rescues piggies. Little piggies called guinea piggies, the human girl tried to explain to me that they’re not actually pigs, but I got confused. The humans here also named cat Monkey and the neighbors call their cat Frogger, so I guess it’s kind the same.

Reason 1: His page has a guinea piggie first aid kit.

All pet owners should have a pet first aid kit. For all of their animals, the human girl says we should have one here if something happens. She says stuff we’ll need are cat nail trimmers, triple antibiotic creams, and stuff like that. I fell today trying to get a buggy bug and hurt my belly. I feel better now, but girl human says all hum But because Scotty gave the human the idea, I knew I had to make this the number one reason!

Reason 2: I like learning about other animals

Believe it or not, just because I am a diva cat it doesn’t mean that I don’t like other animals or learning how to take care of other animals, so I can pass the information off to the girl human. Then the human girl can the information on to other humans so that everybody knows how to take care of piggies

Reason 3: He has a cool Etsy Shop

The human girl and I were looking at some of the cool stuff he has for sale on the Esty shop, and as the girl human said, she’s not sure where to start first, but she did say there weren’t things for Freya’s on the page.

Reason 4: If your bored his page a has crossword puzzles

The human girl does those things with all the teeny squares and says it helps keep her brain sharp. I don’t understand it, because kitties like me keep our brains sharp by playing fetch. The human girl can’t throw so I don’t allow her to play fetch with me.

Reason 5: He’s plant-powered

The human girl says being plant-powered is cool. I like sharing a lot of human girls plant-powered snacks. Today she had sea salt and caramel hummus and oats she shared with me for breakfast! Freya’s aren’t plant-powered, as I need my little cups of kitty cat food, but there are tons of plant-powered yummy food that humans can eat.

Freya's 30 Day Challenge: Day 2: 15 Facts about Freya

I don't have a blog name. The human girl isn't nice enough to give me one yet. She says it's tons of work! She said maybe one day in the future I can have one, but not anytime soon. So Instead of talking about the name of my blog, I’m going to give you all humans some ideas about what I want to name my blog. Maybe you all can pick your favorite.

Sylvesters Purrfect Fan

I’m a fan of Sylvester and girl human says I’m am purrfect. Being his purrfect friend would be nice. He needs friends since he doesn’t have Steve anymore. He must be sad, and he’d love to know what his biggest fan would say about him. I almost bought a Sylvester pillow once, girl human took the bank card from me and said if I stole it from her purse she’d have to put a lock on her purse.

Freyalicious

Girl human calls me Divalicious-Freya, Freyalicious is close to that. I won’t deny it, I’m a huge diva. Being a diva cat is tons of fun! My human wouldn’t love me so much if I wasn’t a diva.

Monkey Must Leave

Monkey is the other cat that lives here. He thinks because he’s almost 19 years old that he can be the king of the castle. I’m the queen, and I have no room for kings. I want to kick him out, so he won’t headbutt me in my sleep, but the humans say that I can’t, Monkey’s too old.

Oatmeal Cookie Cat

This is the last idea I have. I love oats and cookies. The girl human once tried to poison me by giving me what she said was an oatmeal cookie. It didn’t look or smell like oatmeal. Hmph! She ate it then and she said it was a good oatmeal cookie. She shared banana bread with me this week, and it tasted good, I won’t ever eat a real banana, I’m not going to call myself Banana Bread Cat. It sounds boring.

Most of my names are cool, aren’t they? I asked the girl human what she liked the best when I posted these. She says Freyalicious is her favorite. It reminds me of her one of her favorite cartoon cats, Marie from Aristocats. Maybe one day she’ll start a blog about your favorite torti, but until then, I’m going to take over her blog.

Never make a promise you can't keep

If It hasn’t come as much surprise I love reading children’s books as much as I love reading the books to my children. If there’s something I’m confused about, a culture, something scientific, or even historical I’ll check to see if they have a children’s book on the subject. Children’s books are usually to the point and explain things easily. That doesn’t go to say that I don’t read adult books, I do, but I find children’s books interesting.

A promise to a family member

A few years ago my husband's uncle, who passed away a few months ago, suggested that I write a children’s book because he liked my writing style. I thought about it when he was alive, and felt like I didn’t think I could do it, but as time keeps ticking, and I have nothing to lose, I want to write a children’s book, or maybe a young teens book. But now that I think about it, I want to give it a chance.

My Latest Inspiration

I just recently read the book Found, it’s about a bear that finds a plush bunny, he thought the bunny was so cool, but he knew to post found fliers around town and hope that whoever found the lost bunny would find it. Like a lot of people he really hoped that there wouldn’t be an owner to the toy.

The next day the bear was riding his bike finding the bunny’s owner when a moose stopped him and said it was his bunny. But because the moose knew that special toy’s get passed down to another special owner, so he gave it back to the bear.

The book was from PJ Library, we get the books even though we’re not Jewish, I still love reading the books they’re so cool. This book and the book about mending the pigeon’s wing, are great for any belief. Kids need to know that kindness and sharing is important. Both books became huge inspirations, for me. I want to write a few books about important life lessons.

There’s still going to be adult books eventually

I still want to write adult books and I have a few I’m working on, but I want to write kid's books as well. In the long run, I’m going to be giving myself a pen name for one of the age groups I don’t know which one yet, but it’s going to be easier that way.

Don’t let anyone tell you can’t do it.

For anyone that wants to write, don’t let others tell you that you can’t do it or that your writing isn’t right. As I said before, I was quiet for far too long, and need to step out of the writing closet and finally do what makes me happy. If something makes you happy and it’s not hurting anyone else, don’t sacrifice your happiness.
